Otherwise she feels at home developing intelligent meeting designs and subsequently bringing them to life.

How many nerdy shirts can one man actually own? An entire room of geeky icons would hardly qualify for our full-bearded digital guru. The really nice thing about Ervin is that he is Mr IT. But equally, he likes to talk and communicate – a perfect combination.

Positivist, forward-thinker and so-called business punk with a mission to merge the meaning of work with the meaning of life. His life’s aim is firstly to get people to participate through creative meeting designs and secondly, to snowboard down Mount Everest. Or the other way around.

He sees the world from his very own perspective and encourages everyone to throw his beloved cuddly mouse around (he can be pretty persistent). Thanks to Milo, brainstormings frequently take place in the park or cross-country. Otherwise: asleep in his basket! If only one could be a dog.

Ex-professional athlete, North Sea kiter and personal trainer for various A-list celebrities, but above all a relentless result-oriented, motivated lateral thinker, driven forward by his Siberian roots and unobstructed impulses. According to himself he’s in good form, despite often forgetting to eat. Well, in the past years he has more than seldomly given reason to doubt that.

Curious consultant, facilitator and process thinker who always, and with whom it is always so much fun to think, question and bring workshops and conferences into the right flow. No wonder, because as a part-time drummer, dynamics, a gripping arc of tension and the right groove are in his veins.

Scrutinises firstly, processes quickly, thinks intensively before she – as a relentlessly structured list-heroine and discipline-demander – hoists the production flag exactly where it belongs. Jenny, as a 100-percent perceiver, immerses herself into the nooks and crannies and never loses the-glass-is-half-full perspective.

He played the crucial pass in founding Klubhaus over 10 years ago. Because he knew the event scene needed something new, something smarter and more pulsating than just the old bling-bling and fluff. Proves today more than ever that it works, that the mix of lateral thinking and theatrical staging best advances the client’s cause. The trick is finding the right mix between full throttle in Klubhaus and then deceleration – ideally wandering through German vineyards. Create something new!

Self-proclaimed succour-and-comfort mother, in action at Warp factor III, with an equally energetic sense of humour. Not just the good soul, she’s the good mood keeper and hold-the-threads-together catalyst. Days without Mellie means something is missing, hard to describe but very palpable.

Which herb works how, which plants have healing qualities, what and which roots help when – it’s somehow strange that such a fast, always accessible, pedantic-meticulous producer like Jessi needs a completely different rhythm to balance herself. Or completely implacable – just as she is. Really good, if you have a Jessi.

Fresh, open, curious and exactly therefore – not only at the table football – more than valuable to make “friends-you-shall-be” more than our traditional maxim, but rather the daily clubhouse soundtrack.

Open-minded and inquisitive, Alex has a lot of fun bringing impossible-sounding ideas on the road. To never lose sight of the tension – from the opening to the after hour – is in Alex’s musician DNA. Because his big heart beats especially for bringing the crowd to the boil as a House DJ.

Production/ Logistics / Event Technology / Agency Caretaker

A bedrock Klubhaus veteran and experienced eventer who cannot be unfazed by wild ideas to introduce something new “on stage”. Always open for unorthodox production solutions, if necessary including upcycling or giving simple materials a new look and feel through brilliant constellations. Never feels it is beneath himself to actively give a hand when the team’s success demands it.

If he’s not pulverising himself snowboarding or freeriding downhill through the woods with his son, he can look forward to the fact that new meeting and conference formats can actually take place, instead of being merely being talked about. Fabian = our man on the go and pretty fast when it comes to turning things round too.

Immersed in numbers, processes and contracts, Silke sees through things and keeps a grip on reality within Klubhaus and, despite hopping from construction site to site within our United Units, not only keeps track of everything but is always at the start with a smile on her face and with an open ear.
